Grillin’

I pulled up my big girl panties and fought my fear of gas grills and cooked burgers last night.  I seasoned them with salt, pepper, and coconut Aminos.  They were delicious!! 

  

Another foodie post.

We decided to do a little grilling.  The Coach loves a good BUBBA burger.  They are all 100% beef, no fillers, no preservatives, gluten free.  They have all kinds of different flavors.  I bought the low fat version today.  When I can find them I’ll be getting the Natural: No antibiotic, no steroids, etc.

I had some potatoes left over from the trip to the farmer’s market last year so I whipped up a little bit of potato salad, added store bought BBQ beans, fresh sliced yellow bell pepper and tomato.

The Coach has been so awesome about supporting my new wheat free diet. We decided to grill some fresh pineapple to use instead of the bun.

How amazing! This was so delicious. I couldn’t even eat all that was on my plate.

I can’t wait till we can grill again!
