The Coach makes these from this recipe.   He doesn’t like ‘shrooms though so he leaves them out.  For Whole30 use ghee or coconut oil instead of butter

I sautéed the squash in ghee and pink sea salt to add to the veggie quota. 

Whole30 day 4.
