I didn’t stay whole30 until my birthday. I did all right though.
I learned that grains really are not my friend.
I learned that sugar makes me manic. No more ice cream, thank you very much.
I realized I still don’t eat enough veggies.
I didn’t get below 160 like I wanted but I did get into a size 10 so screw the scale!
This morning I went out for coffee. Real dairy!!! We’ll see what happens.
My girl made me some Paleo brownies. Made with sweet potato and honey and other things.
They are a good substitute for refined sugar laden brownies.
I took the day off work and have enjoyed it doing a little sewing and tv watching and will be teaching dance later.
49 might not be too bad.
