Finally Getting Fit

I started the day with stir fried yellow squash noodles and 3 eggs. Sprinkle in some salt, pepper, and garlic powder and you got one delicious way to start the day.


Grilled chicken breast, baked potato with organic butter, 1/2 avocado, sliced cucumber.

Dinner; home cooked lemon pepper wings. I mixed lemon juice, ghee, salt and pepper in a bowl. Swished around some wings and baked them in the oven. When they came out I swished them again in a fresh batch of lemon butter. They were tasty but not crispy. I like crispy wings.

Snack: paleo coconut avocado grasshoppers. My girl made them for me and left out all the sweeteners.
