Thursday T-48. Birthday Countdown

What a lot people don’t know (but now will) is that I emcee for a Burlesque Group. The show is tonight (Saturday) and I have been swamped and now behind.

To recap Thursday:
Breakfast – tropical coffee, whole 30 compliant sloppy joe meat with 1/2 an avocado. I figure Coach put enough tomato in it that I didn’t need another veggie.

Lunch: the coworkers had a party for the coworker that turned 60. They had chili fogs, chips, cake, ice cream. I had this:

Curry chicken, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 dill pickle

Pre- dance snack and dinner:
A Trader Joe’s Apple mango bar and plain pork rinds.

Post-dance feed:
Sweet potato with ghee

I have got to get more veggies cooked this next week

Some if the temptations at work. Although I find them less and less tempting.
