Day 2 whole30
I worked a 12 hour shift so food was quick and simple.
Breakfast: tropical coffee, zoodled golden zucchini sautéed in ghee with 2 eggs
Lunch: crockpot beef roast with more of the leftover zoodles.
Dinner: egg salad- 3 boiled eggs w/homemade mayo, sliced cucumbers
Snack: raw pecans.
