Again no photos. I was just too lazy and not feeling it.
Breakfast: coffee with coconut milk. Bacon egg cups. It is Sunday. About the only day if the week that I eat in the morning.
I know I went grocery but don’t remember what I are for lunch other than 2 squares of raspberry filled Godiva chocolate. SUGAR ALERT!!!
At some point in the day I had the last pork chop, sautéed onions and carrots, and spaghetti squash.
Coach cooked dinner: chicken quesadilla with pumpkin tortillas
My official weigh-in today was at 166.5. A long way from that 202 that I was back in ’09 but I still have a ways to go.
