Finally Getting Fit

I totally forgot about photos today. It’s been that kind of day.

BREAKFAST: coffee with coconut milk

LUNCH:   Gordan’s salmon fillet ( the last one from the box) spaghetti squash, roasted Brussels sprouts, a pumpkin tortilla.


Snack: almond butter coconut fat bomb

An hour of dance class

DINNER: 2 bacon egg cups with salsa

I have so many leftovers in the fridge.  This week is going to be boring.
