I’m working an 11 hour shift today so there will be no photos. I know, you are heartbroken and disappointed.  You’ll get over it.

Breakfast: coffee, coconut milk
Lunch: leftovers- skillet pork chop with onions and carrots, spaghetti squash with butter
Midday snack: raw nuts, fresh peach
Drive time appetizer: fresh yellow bell pepper with a dip made of homemade mayo and smashed avocado.
