Finally Getting Fit

Chicken Salad

I made the best chicken salad last week.  Coach had put a whole chicken in the chick pot all it was good and tender.  I chopped it up, rummaged through the cabinets for as one and stirred.

Cooked chopped chicken
Sliced grapes
Unsweetened flakes coconut
Chopped walnuts
Paleo mayo
Tandoori powder

Mix, refrigerate, enjoy.
