Spaghetti squash, collard greens, crockpot ribs, some organic butter, a tasty peach

Snack: raw nuts

Dinner: spaghetti squash with butter, collard greens, chile lime chicken, tomato, homemade mayo. And for dessert an almond butter coconut fat bomb
