It’s time play “What I Ate Today!”
Breakfast: Coffee with coconut milk
Lunch: Paleo sloppy joe stuffed in crooked neck squash, vine ripe tomato, 1/2 avocado, some mint tea gelatin sticks.
snack: raw mixed nuts, fresh peach, BBQ potato chips😖
Dinner:fast food double hamburger (no bun)
after dance snack: almond butter coconut bomb
With the exception if the chips not a bad day.
