It seems I just can’t have it. I had a bit this weekend. Not nearly the quantity I used to eat but more than I’ve had all year.

I’m bloated. I didn’t sleep well. My joints don’t hurt yet but I feel ick. So sugar is a no go for me.

How long do you think it’ll take to detox?
