Cheese.
My Whole30 was a flying success as far as I’m concerned and it’s time to introduce some of the limited foods. Tonight we have cheese.

Coach made a crockpot pork loin. Pork loin, tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, spices. Cooked until it falls apart. I topped it with shredded cheddar cheese, diced avocado, and salsa.

So delicious.
