Whole30 day 3

The whole 9 wasn’t lying about this being the hangover days. My head hurt so bad this morning. I made it to lunch time and downed a couple of exedrin migraines.
I think I’m still on track with food and really loving the challenge if “what will I cook?”
AM- coffee with coconut milk, 2 eggs with collard greens
Lunch- pork chop from yesterday, sweet potato with clarified butter, 2 tiny clementines. I had made broccoli slaw but I think it was in the fridge too long. It tasted sour.
Snack- raw nuts and cherry tomatoes
PM- take out curry shrimp ordered with NO MSG. It’s loaded with ‘shrooms, onions, bamboo shoots, carrots.
The rest if the family had fried chinese food with sugary sauces and white rice.
Edit: Don’t you hate it when you eat and about 30 minutes later you’re hungry again. I can only guess that the shrimp curry didn’t have enough fat in it. About an hour after eating I was so hungry! I cooked 2 pork sausage patties and mixed them with avocado & salsa. Delicious and filling.
