Finally Getting Fit

The Dilemma

Posted on: December 23, 2013

For the few years I have worked hard at being wheat free and this year it stuck. It not only stuck but my diet has evolved into a somewhat primal diet. No grains, lots of veggies, some meat, lots of plant fats, some full fat dairy.

I love it. Although I’m about to eliminate the dairy for 30 days to see what happens.

The biggest issue is that the people I work with seems to think my lunch plate is up for discussion. I don’t come in and offer to feed them. I don’t preach to them about what I eat. I don’t even talk about it unless someone asks. Everyone has to make their own choices and a real food diet is my choice.

How do you guy handle the criticism that you get from people who follow a traditional SAD diet?
