Finally Getting Fit

Here are today’s stats. Looking damn good I think. I can’t seem to get the fat below 50% and I’m just going to quit worrying about it. Most of the fat is coming from the raw nuts and daily avocado I eat. Some from the half & half I use in my coffee and the rest from animal products. I really can’t wait until November to get my levels checked again. I’m expecting another big drop in that nasty lipid particle number.
