This really surprised me. I had bread today so I thought it would higher BUT I made the bread and I made it without flour. I made a paleo pumpkin bread that is delicious and some of Ginny’s low carb kitchen breakfast long johns.

I’m happy with today.

It’s also day one of the 40+ Fitness Online Training Program. Trying to get all details down on what I have to do for the next two weeks.
