Hell yeah! That number is scooting on down the number line and I like it. 3 lbs down since the beginning of the Summer Blowout Challenge. The only thing I’ve changed is to eliminate ALL grains. I know there are people who are gonna say that is not healthy. My cholesterol, my weight, and my gastrointestinal system would disagree. I’m a low carb convert baby. Woot.
