A good weigh-in this morning. Then at lunch I took myself to Checkers, Rally’s for you west coasters. I had a 5 piece garlic Parmesan wing combo with Medium size fries and diet coke. Not low carb. Not heart healthy. It’s been about 20 minutes since I finished eating and my belly is already starting to bloat. Does eating clean mean you can never eat “dirty” without feeling like shit?
