Things I learned:

Steak ‘n Shake is not a good idea. Even with no bun the calories and saturated fat is kind of high.

Sugary candy just has to go. It wasn’t good for me when I was a kid and it’s sure not good for me now.
These are before the candy, so we need to mentally add another 170 calories or so.
