Not a bad day. I almost missed lunch. Dang sick kids coming to a doctor’s office! Don’t they know we got stuff to do. (JK). All meals were eaten. Dinner was a protein shake and a bag of fried pork rinds. I’ve got to find something better to eat on the way to dance. Grain free ideas: go!
