Finally Getting Fit

Day 7 or 120

Today was not a great day.

I skipped breakfast… again

Had 2 cups of coffee though, does that count.

Lunch was a skillet porkchop, sauteed carrots and onions, and a chopped avocado.

I was stuck with nothing between lunch and dance class so I ended up stopping and getting a bag of…. corn chips.

Seriously, don’t even say it.   I know. I know.

A good hour of kick ass dance though so I don’t feel too bad.

Weight lifting?  Oh, that hasn’t happened yet.
