Finally Getting Fit

Day 5- 120 Days of Summer

I broke my no-carb streak today.  I actually feel pretty good that I was able to go 4 full days with no carbs.

I weighed in today under 180 pounds so that makes me happy.

So my transgressions:

I went to lunch with my hubs to the local Mexi place. ordered fajitas and passed on the tortilla. However,   I ate 1 chip from the basket along with the beans that came with my meal, maybe a 1/4 cup as it was the lunch serving.

2 hours later I’m starving and bought a package of Turtles chocolate.  There’s nothing better than pecans topped with caramel covered in chocolate.

When  I got done with the weekly shopping I came home and had a 1/2 cup of coconut gelato with some Irish Cream fudge sauce on top.

And that’s it. I’m done.  Tonight will be the leftover meat & veggies from my lunch with a diced avocado.
