Finally Getting Fit

No carbs

None

Nada

Nothing

No sugar. No rice, pasta, bread, junk, chocolate… NOTHING.

Lots of veggies, eggs, meat, avocados, kale, spinach, peppers, cukes.

I feel tired, a bit but I have some anxiety issues that are keeping me awake at night.

Got to keep going to see if gets better.
