Weighing In

It is  Weigh-in Wednesday.

I can’t seem to get my act together lately.

Even though I am 44 days wheat-free I have been letting some decidedly non-healthy non-wheat foods slip in.

My average calories are inching up bit by bit and it’s not doing my weight any favors.

I’ve had french fries 2 days in a row!  (They are so tasty!)  and my sodium intake could stand to come down a notch or two.

This week I gained a pound! WTF.  Oh, french fries, right.

That’s a 2.5 lb loss for the week and measurements on Sunday show that I am steadily shrinking even if the scale is being a dumbass.

I’ve got lots and lots coming up this week.

Dance practice.

Work.

Pre-op for the daughter.

Visiting the parents.

Surgery.

Out of town performance

Tooth crown replacement

Choreographies need writing.

Costumes need making….

Does anyone know where I can buy more time?
