That’s The Weigh It Is

That big icon showed up on the screen so it must be Weigh-in Wednesday.

I had a rough week.  Over my calories for most days. Not enough movement for most days.

Beat up emotionally over things I have no control of.   It wasn’t as easy as I thought to not turn to food.  I didn’t have my usual bag of cookies but I did have chocolate.

I really didn’t want to get on that scale this morning but my partner in the Celery Stalkers was depending on me.

I stayed the same.  I almost just re-ran last weeks post hoping no one would notice.

Hopefully this next week will be better.

My girl comes home from FL tomorrow.  She’s already asked if she can have all the things to eat that she hasn’t been able to eat.  She really wants pizza but is afraid it will make her ill. She wants to be around someone that can drive her to the ER if she needs it.  She has gallstones and has been living on rice and no fat yogurt. 😦

I keep thinking it will be good to get back to “normal.”  But really, what is normal?  I don’t think such a thing exist.

PS: 37 days wheat-free.

Staying the same after a rough week is a GREAT accomplishment. Way to go!

The fact that you didn’t gain this week means you did better than you thought you did. Hope your week goes better this week. Hugs!

WTG on 37 days!!!!! I gained last week (and was too embarrassed to post about it!)
