Finally Getting Fit

On the 12th day of wheat free my tape measure gave to me,

2 inches off the waist and a smidgeon less of lower belly fat.

That’s right people. I’ve been wheat free for 12 days and I am currently down 2 inches off my waist.

To say I am loving this is an understatement.

My GI issues have cleared up. And I am shrinking!

On top of all that, I’m not really hungry. I’m tracking my calories over at myfitnesspal and I’m averaging around 1400/day.  Some days I eat more than others for sure but I’m hardly ever hungry except for first thing in the morning! Woohoo!

Now to make it through a 3 day weekend.
