Finally Getting Fit

Wheat free: Day 3

Still hanging in with the wheat free diet.  This may just be a world record!

I exaggerate. But just a little.  I did eat some things that I know I should avoid.

The scoop of ice cream. The 2 pats of butter/margarine.  (not together. ewwww)

The chocolate peanut butter! OMG! CHOCOLATE peanut butter!

The organic corn sweet potato tortilla chips.  9 chips for 140 calories! Those people are on crack! That’s way too much!

I popped everything into myfitnesspal and ended up with a calorie count of 1212. That’s the highest all week.

Yesterday was 1174.

Monday was 821.   I know! I know!  but honestly I wasn’t hungry and that’s after subtracting the calories from dance class.

I am feeling better. I feel less bloated and gross.  I don’t know if it’s a new diet high or if it’s for real though.

We’ll see.

Moving on to Day 4.
