I’m doing pretty good with the reduced sugar diet.

At least until this weekend. I completely fell off the wagon so today it’s right back on the seat for a week of clean eats. I’ve got to make it good because I know the weekend will be full of junk.

My girl is coming home and we’ll be going to the state fair. Fried cookie dough, funnel cakes, corn dogs… all that wonderful goodness that you get just once a year. Then I will be good until I the Christmas goodies come out.

Oatmeal for breakfast, Larabars in the bag for snack, good quality protein and veggies for lunch with some sugar-free jello ready when the sweet tooth strikes
