Keeping Score: Day 1

May Your Way Challenge

I’ll tell you straight up that I am not good at creating clever names for posts.

I don’t know how you famous bloggers do it.

So I’ll be keeping score on my monthly goals just like I did in April. I’m sure that news just has your liver all a quiver.

Here’s the goals:

Actually DO the 3 day/week wt training routine that the Coach wrote for me.

Drink 3 liters of water EVERY day.
5 servings of fruit/veggies every day.
Limit the whites (sugar, flour, etc) to one day/week.

I did not lift weights today. I’m going to do that tomorrow. I promise! Today I walked with a few little bits of jogging thrown in for 2.7 miles in 45 minutes.

Workout: Done

3 liters of water: Done

5 serving of fruits/veggies: I only had 3.  I’m pretty sure that is 3 more than I had yesterday and the day before. Better but no gold star.

Limited whites: Done

Lunch: whole wheat bread and fruit.

Today’s score: 75
