Finally Getting Fit

I’ll start with the days that I didn’t post yet.

This was one of the worse weeks I’ve had in a  while! And to top it off I had shin splints that made it painful to do just about everything so I ended up not doing anything! Huge mistake!

My goal was to track the food every day. I did it.

And to move my butt every day. I didn’t do it.

I calculated my average daily calorie intake before exercise and it came out to 1800 calories/day.  Now take into consideration that most people underestimate calories by 20-40 percent daily and my daily calorie count could be as high as 2600 calories.

I really hope that helps keep that under estimation to a minimum.

I’ll continue to use myfitnesspal. I like it and I don’t think that I’ve gotten too obsessive about my numbers yet.

Overall, I am pretty pleased with the progress I made in April though. So I’m going to ride that progress through to May and make it still better.
