Finally Getting Fit

Easter Sunday was a big ol carb fest for me.

And no exercise.

Unless you count grocery shopping and trudging up and down the stairs doing laundry to be exercise. If so, then I did it.

My calorie counts have not been good for the last 3 or 4 days. I swear I feel like I am eating all the time and the numbers prove it.

I can’t say I’m hungry.

I just have the munchies.

The boredom crunchies.

The “I’ve-got-to-have-SOMETHING-teeth-gnashing-wunchies!”

I probably have PMS.

What do you DO when you get like this? And DON’T even try to tell me you don’t!

Well – there are a few things that I do ..
the bad one – I over indulge… so I try not to do that.
Sometimes I will look for an alternative… and drink a lot of liquid. I will sometimes put fizzy water in my pop – makes it extra sparkly. Sometimes I just give in and then try and exercise…
