Finally Getting Fit

Well, maybe.

I keep forgetting Friday’s are not an all you can eat buffet.

I didn’t think it would be THAT bad.  I got a little chinese food for lunch. I didn’t over-do AT ALL. I didn’t have that stuffed bloaty OHMAGOSH-I-CAN’T-BELEIVE-I-ATE-ALL-THAT feeling. I hate a a few fried gyoza, 4 or 5 pcs of juicy sesame chicken and 4 or 5 pcs of beef from the beef and broccoli with less than a half cup of rice.

Maybe it was dinner that did me in.

We went to Cheddar’s and they have fish tacos on the menu now. They are slap your momma good!

Fried whiting in a flour tortilla with a spicy ranch sauce topped with cole slaw with roasted corn… times 2!!’

Delicious. I didn’t eat the tortillas but I couldn’t eat all of the 2nd one. I made it about half way through and my last bite just made me want to puke so I covered it all up and had the waiter take it away. I’m really hoping I over estimated but I’m probably not off by much.

Another rest day for the calf/shin. I’m running Saturday morning’s Strawberry Festival 5K and I just don’t want it hurt more than it is. I have got to pick up weights on these non run days though.
