Finally Getting Fit

Woohoo! I have finally have day that I have a deficit!! Only it’s probably closer to 100 calories than 281.  I couldn’t find the calories for the chocolate milk drink I had post run today.

This is not a typical day but probably a typical Wednesday.

 

Today’s eats:

Burger King: bacon, egg, cheese croissant

Dole tropical fruit cup in juice

8 oz chocolate milk drink (post work-out)

1 oz mixed tree nuts, unsalted

1 banana

1 slice ham and Pineapple pizza

3 slices veggie pizza
