I’m being sent to bed without dinner :I

I’ve eaten all my calories and have none to spare.  That’s what happens when you have ARBY’S for lunch.

Today’s eating tip:  DO NOT ORDER THE ONION RINGS.  Those fracking onion rings had more calories than the beef and cheddar sandwich. I should have just had the sandwich.

460 calories in 5 onion rings. That’s nearly 100 calories each!!  So don’t eat them unless you can eat 2 and throw the rest out or have someone to give them to.

I am not looking forward to weigh-in in the morning. It’s the last day of the Spring in2 Action challenge and I just have not done well at all.  I really my partner Allison has a great weigh-in. Poor doll has been sick almost the whole time.

I went out at lunch to have my thyroid levels checked. I’m hoping the levels are high and that’s what causing my fatigue and exhaustion.

Can you believe someone told me that maybe I’m running too much! I’ve barely run. I’ve done some job/walk intervals but that’s it. I’m too freaking tired to just take off and run.

If my levels are high then I’ll need to drop my calories way down. Low acting thyroid equals low acting metabolism.

I guess I’m out of any challenges for a while. At least ones that partner me up with others. It’s just not fair to them.
