Spring In2 Action

Wednesday I am so glad to see you. You’re getting me that much closer to Saturday and the weekend.

My week has not been stellar. My true confessions post from yesterday spells out most of the disaster.  Thank goodness for some kick ass dance practices this past week. They have been my saving grace. Mentally and physically.

I am happy to report a 1.5 lb loss on the scale this week.

Still working off the Christmas holiday weight. Lawl, I was stupid to just throw all the effort out the door during that time. I won’t ever be able to do it again that’s for sure.  Those cookies and rum balls were definitely not worth it.

 

On to the push-ups challenge:

Last week I did 20 on Wednesday and 21 on Thursday, got all the knots massaged out of my back, shoulders, and triceps (ouch!) on Saturday and haven’t done a push-up since 😦  I know.  I know. I’m sure it would have helped this weeks mental condition had I sucked it up and just done them!

 

I’m not ready first thing this morning to do push-ups. I’ll do them at lunch and post an update this evening.

You are doing so great! I didn’t do any pushups until yesterday…they were hard! Congrats on your loss..whoohoo!

Glad to see you’re kicking those rum balls and cookies to the curb!!

Good job on the loss! I haven’t done my push ups since last week either. I plan on doing them tonight. I’m on day 1 of week 3!
