Finally Getting Fit

It’s past time I got my rear in gear… again.

Today I woke up with a tummy ache so didn’t run like I had planned.

I fixed myself breakfast instead of going through Burger King or Dunkin. 1 egg, 1 egg white on a flat bread bun.
Lunch was homemade taco soup with a homemade chicken quesadilla.
Dessert was a banana.


I did have two mini candy bars after lunch.

On the drive home I had some grapes and mixed tree nuts.

I got home and went for a run around my circle. 4 laps, 3 at my jog/run pace and 1 walking.
I came in and finished off my Powerade Zero and then made a protein shake with Muscle Milk powder and a cup of Delmonte purple fruit and a splash of coconut milk.

Good stuff!!
