Well look at you, Miss Thang. You’ve done it. You’ve worked your buns off and are getting ready to run that half-marathon. I didn’t think you would ever buck up and run in the cold but there you go, every morning, getting those shoes on and layering those shirts.  Even though the people up north think this weather is warm! It’s all relative and you’re fighting through to reach that goal.

2011 has been a challenge for you.

Starting it off with the radiation ablation for the thyroid, then working through the breast lump deal, and the belly stuff that likes to get in the way, and the depression that rears it’s nasty ugly head. You’ve beat them all.

Staying active really helped you with all that.

I love how you managed to fit everything in. Your time management skills are rocking. Mornings for runs, evening for strength and dance. Weekends for relaxing and letting your creative juices flow in the dance or in the sewing room.

You’ve filled your etsy store up with cute little stuff and even managed to sell a few thing! Yay!

But the running… I’m really proud of you for that. You’ve got your time down to under 10 minutes and I know it feels so good. It shows on your face and on your body. Down to a size 10! Do you know how good you look now? And I know how good you feel now. Just look at that increase in energy that you have that has you going all over the place doing everything! It’s amazing.

You’re amazing.

And you better get ready because 2012 is going to be even busier and better.
