Shrinkvivor Challenges Week 2

This week’s Shrinkvivor challenge runs Thursday – Tuesday.

The Fitness Challenge

As many exercise minutes as possible.

The Nutritional Challenge

#1. Water Water Water- Drink it.

#2. No Fast Food.

The water is no problem. I’ve been drinking 3 liters/day for a while now. Love how I feel when I drink a ton of water.  I will up my exercise this week. I really slacked off last week. It was horrible. I felt bad and then I felt worse. Fast food? That’s the hard one. I always drive through and get breakfast. Egg & cheese muffin… $1.07. It’s easy, it’s fast, it gives me extra interwebs time in the mornings. Even evenings are not immune. I get off work and then I got straight to dance practice and usually drive through and get something to hold me over until I get home at 8:30 or 9.   I’ll give it up this week. For Team Orange I will go without. For all my sisters in the sisterhood I will go without. For my flabby belly and floppy arms I will go without.
