Weekly Goals

I never really make weekly goals. But this week I am. I want to go all week without fast food. I never do this. With the work schedule, dance schedule, etc, it always seems like I’m driving through some place to get something to eat. No more. If I have to stop it’s going to be in a deli where I can get lean meat and fruit.

Also… 11 days until the big birthday. How can I be this old? I do not feel old.

I’ve asked hubby for a hula hoop like these so hopefully he will come through.  Did you know hooping can burn up to 600 calories an hour. I think it’s a great thing to do while watching multiple episodes of NCIS or Criminal Minds.
