My Long Hot Active Summer Finale

To this number.

That’s 12 pounds in 16 weeks and yes I am happy and proud of it.

It’s a 2.5 pound loss from last week.

I exercised 3266 minutes during the past 16 weeks.

My goal was 3400. I almost made it.

365 minutes this past week. (Thank you Shimmyathon workshops!)

During the past 16 weeks I have recovered from shoulder surgery, watched my baby girl graduate from high school, dropped 2 pant sizes, ran/walked a 5K, cleaned out my pantry, and moved my girl into the college dorm.

I still have lots of work to do. Physically I am not where I want to be. I am a lot closer than I was 16 weeks ago.

Great job Deb! You can definitely see the changes! It’s inspiring that you recovered from shoulder surgery during this challenge and still got in over 3200 minutes of exercise – woot woot! That’s awesome!
