Finally Getting Fit

Weigh-in Wednesday

I’d like to weigh-in on the fact that I should be a pampered princess but instead I’m slogging through the work-days like everyone else… but that’s not what I’m hear for.

drum roll please……

NO GAIN!!!!

Yeah, that’s all I got. I stayed the same this week. No gain, No loss. I’m good with it. I’m usually up down up down up down… so to go down and stay… yeah, that’s good.

My exercise minutes were a puny 116.

One of these days I will catch up on the blog roll. I’m not purposely ignoring anyone…. those 4 days in Florida really put me behind.

Yes, going down and staying there is a very good thing! I’m good at going down, but equally good at going back up. Never much one for maintaining….yet! Let’s up our exercise this week, K?!!

I had many weeks of STS – I have been all over the place as well. Hope you have a good week!!!
