One small Oops today. Other than that it was a fabulous day.

Interval training with Wii Active after work.

Wt watcher’s jambalaya X X
mixed fruit w/3 cubes of cheese, 4 ww crackers x x
1 Mini butterfinger XX
2 slices ham/pineapple pizza X X X X
Baked Pita chips w/hummus X x
Water: 3 liters
