What’s What Wednesday

So here is how my week is going so far.

Physcially: No exercise, my back and shoulder hurt like big dogs on Sunday, my throat has been sore since Tuesday morning, and now I’m getting an irritating cough to go with it.

Nutritionally: Too much fat, not enough protein, not enough water. I missed lunch on Monday and had too many cookies at work. Tuesday we had a lunch catered by a TexMex place and I ate too many nachos followed by bacon/mushroom pizza Tuesday night.

Emotionally: I’m feeling guilty about all the above and really think I should just “suck it up” and “do it anyway.” I know that beating myself up with the guilt stick will not help matters at all.

How do you all deal with things like this?
